How long does a custom order take?

Turnaround time varies depending on complexity. Basic boards typically take 5–7 business days, Intermediate boards 7–10 business days, and Advanced boards 10–14 business days. We'll confirm your timeline after reviewing your order.

How do I share inspiration images?

You can upload inspiration images directly on the product page when placing your order. We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF formats.

What affects the price of my board?

For customs, pricing is based on the complexity level you select — Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced. Each level reflects the amount of detail, materials, and time involved in crafting your board.

For college and name boards, prices stays the same unless you add any add ons

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each board is made to order and fully customized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
